Letters of Intent

Development Bank issues letters of intent to appraise applications for tender-based finance. These letters may be required to bid for tenders for the government, state-owned enterprises or local authorities.

If a Letter of Intent is required for a tender, please use the following process:

  1. Download the letter of intent form (below) and complete it.
  2. Attach the cover page of the tender document.
  3. Attach a third sheet with your clearly marked name, company name, contact number and email address.

The Bank will contact you once the letter of intent is completed or inform you when it can be collected when you request the letter.

Documents can be placed in document deposit boxes / handed to reception at the offices below.
