The Bank structures finance for larger projects to ensure that it promotes long-term viability. The Bank distinguishes itself by developing a deep understanding of business models and project milestones, so that it can develop viable financing that takes enterprise sustainability,

risk and growth into account.

SMEs

The Bank defines SMEs as enterprises with an annual turnover of less than N$10 million. SME start-ups and expansion plans can be serviced by the DBN SME Centre in Windhoek, or by its offices in Ongwediva, Rundu and Walvis Bay.
