Franchise Finance

Definition:

Finance for franchisees. The Bank will require a franchise agreement, the legal document between the Franchisor and the Franchisee, which governs the relationship between the two entities.

 

Purpose

To facilitate the start-up of franchise businesses where the franchise rights are registered in Namibia.

Contract Based Finance

Definition:

Working capital for enterprises where there is an underlying contract or off-take agreement to carry out a certain activity to supply a service or goods.

Definition:
